With the poor conditions this weekend and rain predicted we decided to stay close to home. We made our first dive on the Redondo Barge in a few years.
The water was filled with biojunk, making visibility less than eight feet and photography very difficult. We found few macro subjects, including no simnia snails, so I was forced to try my luck at wide angle in mucky water. Sea lions were all over us just to tease the clumsy divers trying to shoot pictures. There were no squid, dead nor alive, and only one cluster of eggs with a few solitary eggs scattered about. Please excuse the backscatter and out of focus shots.
