That's one of mine, Chris. It's the colonial polychaete Dodecaceria concharum, family Cirratulidae. Each animal has 1 pair of feeding appendages & 3-5 pairs of branchiae on the anterior end. I think it's really neat how they space themselves out in such a regular pattern.
