Ray asked: "Anyone go to the Avalon clean-up this past weekend? How was it? Any strange items recovered?"

We (Reef Seekers) took a contingent of 35 divers over. Overall, there were about 400 divers participating. It was a lovely day, great weather, water was 60º, vis was 30-40' in the Harbor.

Among the goodies brought up that I know about were a wallet with credit cards and ID (but no cash), cell phones, fishing rods, boat oars, lots of old coins (including one from 1876), a few rings (including what looked like a gold wedding ring found by one of our divers), a dinghy, and half a set of false teeth.
