Personally I prefer my weight belt. Then again not having tried an integrated system I must say I am biased.

I dive a single peice 7MM excel semi dry wet suit in fresh water (Lake Tahoe) with 15 pounds of weight. Having that much weight on my belt tends to aggravate my lower back after awhile.

I have a tank weight of three pounds on my tank strap. 2 2 pound ankle weights and eight pounds on the wight belt.

When my AL 80 tank is at 700 - 800 PSI I am just starting to get positive bouancy.
