It would still be easier and you can find much more info on the details of each case by going to www.google.com and punching in "defamation lawsuits" in the search window.

And FTR. I am not PADI. I am a NAUI DM who is compiling as much information as I can before I hire my wifes uncle to bring a similiar lawsuit against a private individual. I am totally ambivalent to the diverlink/PADI suit.

I apologize if I made you upset, but the fact remains that PADI sees a precedent, an opening if you will, in recent case history and its my guess that diverlink will be forced to apologize and retract publicly. I seriously doubt that PADI will go for monetary damages since diverlink has none.
