The solution to fishing boats hogging a mooring is to adopt a No-Take zone on Farnsworth Banks, or at least on the two small portions of this vast bank of pinnacles that are shallow enough to dive. We’re not building a marine life protection mooring so people can go fishing there. And a private boat should have equal access for diving on Farnsworth Bank. A courtesy, one hour mooring rule would keep a private dive boat or a commercial dive boat from sitting there all day while they outgas for yet another dive. Thanks for raising this point. Dave
