Hi Kelly,

On the Sundivers, we wipe down the bunks, change pillow cases after every weekend, replace wet blankets and use disinfectant. I wash individual blankets as needed, all of them on a regular basis, and replace worn/torn blankets. We also invest in new pillows as soon as they show wear or salt. Unlike your home, these blankets should only be keeping fully clothed people warm for a couple of hours.

Something I did when I was diving as a customer was bring a sheet from home. A sheet is light, compact and personalizes whatever you are lying on. We keep our boats as clean as possible and we get a lot of positive feedback. Also, divers can help their boats by not suiting up in the bunkrooms, drying off before they go below decks, and keeping food in the galley areas.

See you under,
Capt. Kyaa
