The visibility at Catalina can vary quite a bit from site to site, by depth, and even time of day. Bad days are very green with only about 5 ft. visibility. Good days can have over 100 ft. A typicla day would be in the 20 to 30 ft. range. I was there last Saturday and the visibility ranged from 25 to 50 ft., but with a great deal of particulates in the water.
