I think it might be the "Low Cholesterol Egg Yolk Jelly" since the description in Pacific Coast Pelagic Invertebrates says that small individuals are clear, colorless, or milky white. The bell on this specimen was only about 8 cm wide. I did not even see the fish with it at the time.
