I became a fan of the zip seals when a friend ripped a seal on the Peace and they had new zip seals for sale on board. Too bad, she didn't have that kind of suit (does now).

I tore a seal last weekend and am having the zip seals installed. replacing the zip seals is a lot cheaper than replacing the normal seals when you factor in shipping and the $60 leak check, not to mention the lost dives.

The problem with the neck seal is, it's a 24" circumference hole, too small for some people.

I actually went with the dry zip gloves. I asked about them, and they put me on with a staff member who dove with them and was also an UW photog. She really liked them and talked me into them.
