Can't wait for Doug's response, but I'm sure it will be good. In the meantime;

Nitrox when available
I use it for planned deco.

BP & Wing
Same here.

Weight belt - keeps the weight low which is essential for me.
I prefer my V-weight, which keeps the weight evenly distributed with the tanks, backplate, light and Jetfins.

Snorkel - I use most dives
I own one, just haven't seen it in years. :-)

Sausage in pocket
I like my sausages on the side, or in an egg sandwich. Liftbag in my backplate pocket.

Goody bag on belt hook
I clip my game bag on my left D-ring, next to my spg.

Camera on clip on D Ring.
Will do that soon, if it ever quits raining.

Poney bottle with bungied second stage.
I use doubles and/or look at my spg. No need for a pony.

Console for all gauges.
Wristmount. A quick glance is all it takes. I don't have to reach for a console.

Computer to mostly be ignored for other than depth. I know my deco before I enter the water.
I use Leopomis' deco protocols.
I use V-planner.

And here is one anyone can wretch at if they want, but I think it is cool. Instead of a crotch strap (seems a bit clumsey) I wear my shoulder straps tight enough to have the tank ride real firm. It is comfortable, but it does require a one foot piece of rope attached to my D ring for removal of the shoulder strap. It works real well when I have to get off my tank in the water before getting on a small boat.
Fire away if you can find a target...
I keep my shoulder straps loose enough to be able to get out of my gear. No need to add a possible entanglement hazard.
