I dove Van Damme the day before Dr Krupski. The minus tide was in the late afternoon so we kicked out at about 2:30. Wind waves were small 3-5 feel vis was 10-12 feet. We got our limit of abalone at the usual spot on the south side just outside the inside reef in 8-16 feet. I saw a 4-5 foot Leopard shark pass by. First time in 20 years of diving the North Coast. I alerted a nearby diver who said that he saw a school of Leapards the day before, but no one believed him. Probably unrelated, but notable. It was quite windy and rough Sat Nov 27 when we left the area. My condolences to the doctors' family.
