Yep, in my two experiences:
1. UCSD Medical Center -- serious diving medicine program -- they were waiting for me and annoyed with the intake people that it took 10 minutes to get me down there.
2. Grand Rapids, Michigan -- hours spent in the waiting room; repeated requests for oxygen ignored.
