Thank you for appreciating my pictures, I'm glad someone enjoys them.

I think I accidentally turned off my left strobe, so it appears that only the right one was working.
Not quite what I intended, but it turned out ok.
The key is to use external strobes, and not the camera strobe. I also have an infrared filter covering my cameras built in strobe so it does not cause backscatter.

I never dive the canyon during the day. In front of my house in El Porto (North Manhattan Beach) is a much better day dive when it is calm.
It does not get deep here, but it has one of the richest sand environment dives I have done anywhere. Unfortunately it is only good dive a few days a year.
