Maybe if we made anyone (plus their attorney) who files a lawsuit and loses pay the FULL cost of the court trial. This would INCLUDE full pay renumeration for the jurors so that their employers (or the juror if self employed) don't have to foot the bill anymore for such abuses of our legal system. For $500 a day we could get some good jurors and these types of suits would stop in their tracks....the ones that have merit would continue because the loser pays the FULL fees. Seems fair to me.

Back to diving! No, solo diving is NOT a crime!

This type of action does make one worry about having a dive buddy who isn't fully self-sufficient and reliable.
