no, it belongs to someone else, that's the point.

If they want it "cleaned" up or want parts of it put in a museum or in their garage, so be it.

It belongs to them.

If I wreck my car and decide to leave it, guess what the city, county or state will clean it up then send me a bill for it.

In this case the wreck belongs to the Gov't. The owners told people to stay away and don't take anything. People decided to ignore the owner and stole thing from the wreck.

Stealing makes them theives and a theif should be punished, it's really to bad their not pressing criminal charges against these guys.
